Believe in You | Love Worthy

by Cindy Ratzlaff

“She finally heard the message, loud and clear, and chose to believe in herself.” ~ Queenisms™

We declare February to be the month we all choose to believe that we are love worthy; worthy of loving ourselves.  When we choose to love, honor, admire and value ourselves, we teach others to treat us as the valuable, beautiful, brilliant women that we truly are.

Because we believe that happiness is a practice, let’s take February and rediscover those things about ourselves we love the most. I’ll go first. I have a  thirst for learning new skills.  I thrill at discovering a new way to do something in social media.  When I do, I get so excited I hop up and dance in my office.  I love that about myself. I hope I always get excited about learning.  How about you? Is there something you do or are that YOU love about yourself?  Please share to inspire others!

Here’s to love.  Happy February Queens.

I love my sense of humor. I can make others and myself laugh, even in the classroom when I teach. I love that I am very clever and intuitive. I often “know” things others don’t know yet. Then, I find out I was right. Also, I love how I am the HEART of my wonderful family. I am the hub the wheel turns around. I love how God uses me to bless others by praying for them. I love how I often get to hear the responses to those many prayers. I love how God has particularly gifted me for the field of education I am in. I wonk wonders with the special education students I teach. I am past retirement age, yet still enjoy getting up and coming to work every day with a smile on my face and a spring in my step.

I love that I can connect with people and encourage. I have the ability to “feel” a person’s energy and know whether it’s someone I can connect with and hear out or lift up….I have been through much adversity and still have the ability to love people deeply, it’s what I do. And once I give the gift of my love, I never take it back, regardless of the circumstances or if the recipiant proves undeserving.
I believe that love given is never forgotten. One may try to bury it for a time, but it always surfaces, to be remembered…and wondered over..
