    Like everything else we do, saying no does require practice. And it is honest to say no, when you mean no, rather then yes. It’s tough to do sometimes, but you’re right, waiting until you are angry, the no becomes too emotional. I practice everyday, staying in the moment, in the day, to keep my own self in check, and also remind myself that every new day, is another chance to do things differently.
