Emotional Spring Cleaning

She was doing some spring cleaning when she found her hopes and dreams in a long forgotten box under her bed. So she took them out, shook off the dust and hung them up for all to see. - Queenisms™

Sometimes a good dusting and vacuuming can do wonders for our attitude. And we’re not just talking about the housework. We’re talking about looking under our emotional defenses and digging through the piles of hopes and dreams we’ve set aside and taking a good, long look. Is there anything in that pile that still lights our hearts on fire? Is there anything there that makes us feel giddy? If so, it’s time to dust them off and take them out again to revisit their value in our lives. Painting, dancing, singing, traveling, working, writing, crafting, knitting, walking, swimming or whatever -ing is in your pile, we’d like to hear about it. Go!

I have and do get a giddy feeling when God and I communicate. It reminds me that this is just a test, a test that can’t last forever. My heart longs for him. I need to spring clean a lot in my life, but how will I do this? I am going to look today for answers to this question. I would ask if u could please keep me in your thoughts and prayers through out the day. God Bless

    We will, indeed, Queen Amanda.
