Enjoy Yourself a Heck of a Lot

Nobody likes the feeling of being judged.  It happens all of the time, someone may judge what you say, how you live or how you look.  The truth is we are all more alike than different.  We are all blood, bone, flesh, dreams, hopes and fears.  Everyone has loved ones – mothers, fathers, friends, neighbors and we all want lives that are filled with love and respect.  Don’t you agree we will all enjoy ourselves a heck of a lot more  in this world  when we make the choice to live and let live.

This was a perfect. Just yesterday I had a dozen women who I have either volunteer or have supported at my sons school over to my house to say thank you. I had a friend of mine guide us in a meditation and body movement. Each professed what they wanted to be on honored for. Then we all supported each as each woman lit a tea light for themselves. This is something I do in my own life that I don’t share with many others outside of my women circle. So feeling vulnerable, in sharing something very special to me, and allowing myself To ‘be me’ , I think allowed them to be a little freer with themselves …grateful today 🌸 (I had been afraid of being judged)

    Needed to hear this today!
    THANK YOU!

We begin our lives totally unaware that judgement exists. Then we spend years suffering from it – real and imagined. It’s not that we have to, it’s just that we forgot how not to. This postcard should be taped to every bathroom mirror to start all our days in a better place. Thank you for the reminder!
