Fresh | Back to Me Month

by Cindy Ratzlaff

Ever been on a diet or tried to start an exercise program and mess up midday and say to yourself, “Well, I’ll start fresh tomorrow,” and then write off the rest of the day?  I have.

Why is it that we think we can’t start fresh that very next second?  I think there is no reason at all that we can’t and so for today, I’m giving myself permission  to have a fresh start at any moment, a second chance after any mistake.  Join me?

“I give myself permission to have a fresh start, right now. So sayeth the Queen.”

    You guys must be reading my mind. I was going along just great and the last few days have been horrible at best. Today however, I thought I will just start over and get back to where I was after my lovely 4 day trip with my friend. Came home so refreshed and feeling on top of the world. Then those little issues start coming up and pulling me down and before you know it I am back to where I was. Not going to happen. Starting fresh. Thank you so much Queens. I am still in training.

    This is so true, why do we think the beginning of the day is the only time we can start something new or make a change!?! I am constantly thinking “I’ll start tomorrow.” Thank you!

    I am enjoying the book SO much, that I bought five today to give as gifts to my girlfriends who will be at our 40th reunion. Must reads for those girls before they come. The book is an absolute lifesaver just from something I read today. So just know that you have really, really changed someone’s life today! Mine.

    Living in the Moments, the Days just seem to take care of themselves!
    I recall an advertisement from many many years ago, that still plays in my head today;
    Why wait for Spring, do it now.
    When there are men who know how.
    If the work is interior and the job is superior.
    Why wait for Spring, Do it now!
    It was an Ad for a Contracting Co. Ya just never know where Inspiration, Motivation or Encourragement will appear! I do believe it comes in brief Moments…my attention Can’t encompass an entire Day! LOL!
