How do you practice happiness.

We love to do a Q&A every week. This week we’d like to ask you to share ways in which you practice happiness every day. For us, it begins with understanding that we are worthy of happiness. And some days it takes a lot of effort and some days it’s easy as pie. Today we’re practicing happiness by giving ourselves time to read a book that we’ve had sitting on our nightstand for days.     Today I practiced happiness by getting out my sewing machine and sewing the pillow I have had on the stand for two weeks. Makes me feel good to see it on my bed. It is a butterfly floating on a field of flowers. Happy Freedom.

    I practice happiness and experience happiness when Jesus and I communicate. It is a feeling that I am complete and One with him. Today I will practice and experience happiness because I once was lost but now I am found……….Thank You Jesus. May we all choose from this day forward to be happier more free lives. Blessings
