Judgment free – Queenisms

Tiired of being judgedThe space that other people’s opinions hold in our own heads crowds out the freedom to be ourselves. When we worry about pleasing everyone, we leave ourselves on the side of the road. What would you say or do if no one would judge you?

I believe the greatest gift to ourselves is not to get attached to what others think about us in the first place. If there is judgment from others in what we do, say, or feel, it’s just a reflection back to them about what they are denying themselves in their own lives.

If we could all accept that our knowledge is true and sound for us, no outside judgement would even dare to enter and obscure what we know to be true about ourselves.

  2. Hello, fellow Queens! I want to banish my negative self image, keep my sense of humor
And my glass half full attitude! I’m a 6-year stroke survivor, with the ability to walk and
Talk and could easily have died from the stroke. My left hand and arm are paralyzed, so I have caregivers, although I’m only 61 years old . Thanks for the inspiration!

Thank YOU for the inspiration Kimberley. Having to learn all over again to walk and talk is heroic but finding that attitude of gratitude for life is inspiring.

  4. cindy says:

There you go Nancy. That’s the spot on nugget of truth. Judgment is almost always a reflection of the state of mind of the person doing the judging.
