Judging someone didn’t make them look bad, it just made her look bad. So she kicked that unattractive habit right to the curb. – Queenisms™
Everyone is dealing with something, every day. And, most of the time we have no idea what it is or how intensely they’re feeling about whatever it is. You see someone pull into the handicapped spot but you judge them to be completely fit. You might not know they suffer from heart disease and are picking up lifesaving medication. You feel slighted by the clerk at checkout and judge them to be rude and detached but may not know they’re re-entering the workforce after living in a battered women’s shelter for two weeks and every day they look over their shoulder in fear. Many things we judge others for are not as dire as these but we simply will never know. What if we decided that, for today, we would be the bright spot in everyone’s day – no matter what – and without judgment? Imagine.
