She decided today she would practice letting go of worry and instead, fill her thoughts with gratitude for what she already had. – Queenisms™
We used to be President and Vice President of the Worry Wart Club. If we had a spare moment we spent it worrying about something that may or may not happen. It was such a waste of our valuable time and something that we had learned and very much wanted to unlearn. We decided to replace our worry with gratitude. There are so many things in our lives that we are grateful for and a gratitude list is so much more inspiring than our old worry list. We loved this picture because it made us grateful that we didn’t have wash machines like that! How about you?
