It might be time to turn the clocks ahead (in the U.S. anyway), but in our minds it’s Queen’s Savings Time – time to declare yourself Queen of Your Own Life, claim the happiness you deserve and live the life you are meant to live. Who’s with us? Ready to change your internal clocks from “someday” to “right now?”

Here’s what we recommend for changing your internal clocks. Ask yourself three questions and make sure you demand an answer.

1. What do I want to take with me into the next few years of my life that has worked for me really well? (things like humor, outgoing personality, curiosity, creativity etc.)

2. What do I want to leave behind that no longer works for me? (things like self-doubt, negative self-talk, fear, timidness, etc)

3. What would make me wake up every single day ready to jump out of bed, with a smile on my face, excited to experience?

We’d love to see your answers Queens. Let’s inspire one another.
