Control is an illusion. But it’s an illusion that triggers stress, worry and anxiety in most of us as we push to try and herd cats, manage the unmanageable and make everything and everyone in our lives behave. We can’t. We can only control our reactions, our interactions and our intentions. When we relinquish the illusion of control, it sure frees up a lot of time to enjoy the here and now. Control is an illusion. We can only control our reactions, our interactions and our intentions. The rest is illusion.
