Sometimes life knocked her flat on her bottom. But she always got up, straightened her crown and kept moving forward.
You are not alone. Everyone has fallen flat on their bottom at one point in time or another. It’s the getting up, dusting off and straightening your crown that takes resilience, courage and wisdom. We think you’ve got that in excess.
We believe in you because we’ve seen your fortitude over and over again. You would not be here, reading this today, if you had not gotten up and gotten on with it. So we’re cheering for you today and we want to celebrate how women find that inner courage. They do so, often, by taking baby steps, allowing those to be enough each day and by reframing the interior conversation they are having with themselves from “I’m so foolish (or worse), to I’m going to do whatever it takes to take care of myself and those I love.” If you have ever survived, changed, or reframed your interior critical conversation, we ask you to share your story in the comments below. When we share our stories, we share our strength.
