We’ve all heard that honesty is the best policy and we want to talk about the honesty required to say yes when we mean yes and no when we mean no.
If we talked about nothing except this for the next year, we’d be doing important work. This is the source of the most frustration, sorrow and fear and we create it ourselves by not being clear in what we can, can’t, will, won’t and want to do or not do. Let’s vow together to change this.
