We use to move like the wind on a daily basis – until the stress of it had turned us into pretzels. What good does it do to get everything done if the result is you’re too tired and stressed out to enjoy it. That’s when we add the magic breathe in health moment and breathe out stress. It only takes a minute but sometimes we stretch it to five minutes – an hour – or even a day. We think healing ourselves and keeping the stress at a minimum is the best way to go.
