Negativity was a bad habit she had fallen into. She wanted to be able to let negativity pass through her and only hang on to the goodness and joy. She decided to begin the practice of positive thought. It was her choice and she was smart enough to make it. – Queenisms™
Just as we work hard to break negative habits, we need to consciously work to form positive habits. The art of banishing negative thinking and encouraging our own positive intentions is a practice; a habit. It’s a habit we can form through consistent practice, associating with positive people and not dwelling in the negative.
That’s why we first wrote Queen of Your Own Life and why we wrote Queenisms: 101 Jolts of Inspiration. We wanted an easy way to give ourselves a positive beginning to each day.
Do you start your day with a positive message to yourself? How do you set yourself on your way each day with a bright outlook? Let’s share and inspire one another.
