When we’re eating or working out or resting or playing or whatever it is we’re asking our bodies to do, and we’re judging ourselves, we’re setting ourselves up for a vicious cycle of shame, regret and failure.  Your body allowed you to wake up this morning. That makes your body the hero of the day as far as we’re concerned. So this little shift in our thinking about our bodies is what is most important. Then any tweaks or improvements we want to work to create are simply choices we make. The self-acceptance and the joy are the focus of the week, for us. How about you?
