It was so easy to be weighed down by worry when she would so much rather be practicing gratitude. So she decided to start a gratitude list and add one new item to it daily. Such a small thing to do that could change her whole life. – Queenisms™Keeping a list of small and large things for which we are grateful isn’t just busy work.
