Sometimes adventures are heroic, and sometimes they’re daunting and inspirational. For most of us, they’re courageous. We have the courage to go to work to earn a living and contribute to the welfare of those we cherish. Or we make a a safe place for everyone to land at the end of their day. Or we uplift and cheer as we send our loved ones out into the world daily. Or we protect and nurture those who need a more constant hand. But every once and awhile, we need to shake it up and give ourselves the gift of a wacky adventure – the kind that brings a smile to our lips whenever we think about it. For some of us, that might mean daring to sing out loud as we carol with friends over the holidays. For others that might mean taking a Zumba class and laughing hysterically as we try to follow the beat. For still others, that adventure could be learning a new skill or taking a trip or doing something at which we aren’t at all sure we’ll succeed – just because. Changing routines is good for the soul. It’s also good for the brain as learning something new causes your brain to adapt and remain flexible. We highly recommend you commit to trying this soon. What will you plan as your next wacky adventure?

this sound really good, I want to do a catolog, I want to write my story. I’m having trouble
getting it out my head on paper. I want to do the brand new you, and I feel I could use the
counseling, but I don’t know which one to pick yet. I’m ready for adventure
