Fear of failure, fear of Not measuring up to others expectations and not taking care of me

  2. Yvette Shoemaker says:

I will let go of the need of being right all the time. I seems I am too hard on myself when I am learning new things. I try so hard not to make a mistake but mistakes are needed and are all part of the process of learning.

  3. cindy says:

Queen Yvette, that’s a big one to learn and often something that stands between us and happiness. Think about learning to play a musical instrument. We practice. That’s what we do with a thousand things every day. We practice. So you wouldn’t think of a practice session as a mistake, but rather a session in which you are learning something new. It’s good to give yourself permission to practice happiness too. You’re doing great and just knowing that you are hard on yourself is a big deal. That knowledge will help you practice being kinder and more patient to and with yourself.

  4. cindy says:

Queen Sue, we’re so glad to hear your list of things to banish from your life. You are a Queen on fire and we’re delighted!
